Evaluate

Because this module is based on a fictional company, I could not collect real data of its effectiveness. I did, however, detail how the evaluation process would go and how I would design it, including defining the population, sampling, metrics, and how to account for errors. My background in sociology has been very useful in determining the best evaluation and analysis methods to use when designing e-learning modules.
