Analysis

Learner analysis is sometimes skipped in the design process, but it is an essential step in understanding what will produce the best outcome in the end. 

Here I have conducted a needs analysis and created empathy maps and personas for a hypothetical company that is transitioning remote workers to a hybrid environment, and wants to ensure everyone is up to speed on company software and customer engagement. They are implementing collaborative meetings and want to know how their workforce will adapt to additional training.

The information gained from this analysis will guide the type and scope of learning module. From this data, I determined that a competitive or gamified module would suit this team the best, with built in formative assessment to make sure they stay engaged and on track.
